biography and description :

My name is Maria Cristina Rios Iñiguez and i am a textil and plastic artist from ARgentina. Since 1994 I have exhibit textiles and paintings, in cultural centers and museums of different cities of Argentina, Italy, United States, Russia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nepal and Denmark.Been awarded with Honorable Mentions and Diplomas, in Hudson-Texas, Saint Petersburg-Russia, Italy.Given workshops and seminars in Argentina and abroad, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, and Egypt. 1st Congress of Textiles in Bolivia; Second Handcraft Congress in Chile. Participated in the

First Biennial at the End of the World (Ushuaia), WTA Biennial in Mexico; 1st Biennial of Weavers in Argentina, an the International Art Symposium of Gabal El Tair Monastery, Mynia Egypt, 2018. Attended my third internship Peru. 2019-2020 Exhibits at the Micaela Gallery in Uruguay, In Egypt at the Behler Gallery, and in Minya, at Assiut Universities. Virtual Exhibit at Morocco, Africa, Iraq, Turkey. I've participated in a virtual exhibition in Romania, and in a Biennal in South Korea.
